Got new-fashioned and absolutely brilliant room with a king size bed when arrived, really enjoyed that. The staff was pleasant and outstandingly accommodating and made me feel at home. The location was unbeatable in the middle of jackson.

I really liked the employees at this hotel. They were all nice and I was greeted every time I saw someone. In particular, Kaplan (sorry if I mispell it) the gentleman during the night shift was extremely courteous, friendly and awesome. He welcomed us with open arms and attended to us every step of the way. He even showed us around and helped us to our room. My boyfriend and I thought this is the best service we've ever gotten at a hotel stay. Please share my thoughts with him as we did not get to say goodbye. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Comfy room with a cozy bed, nice shower, and even a fireplace 🛋️. They also had a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge in the room for convenience.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on Highway 99 for two nights while traveling through. The bed and pillows were incredibly soft and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the spacious room was clean and nicely decorated. I also appreciated the window shades for added privacy and the easy checkout process. Unlike other hotels, it was not overcrowded, creating a more relaxed atmosphere.
